Join BBI-ACBC eConference "Mercy: A Way of Being in the World"

bbi econference mercyMercy Sister Veronica Lawson will speak at this year's eConference on Tuesday, 20th of September 2016, hosted by the Broken Bay Institute (BBI) in partnership with the Australian Catholic Bishops Conference (ACBC).

Entitled, "Mercy: A Way of Being in the World", this free event will be streamed live over the internet and covers topical issues in a Catholic context.

Filmed with a live audience at the Diocese of Broken Bay, Sr Veronica will be joined by other speakers: Archbishop Mark Coleridge, Archbishop of Brisbane and Mr Phil Glendenning, Director of the Edmund Rice Centre and President of the Refugee Council of Australia.

This year, BBI this year BBI is calling on people from within the Catholic community to share a short (approx. 2 min) video clip about your experience of Mercy, with a number of these videos to be played during the eConference in a session called "Mercy Moments".

Please send your ‘Mercy Moments’ no later than Friday 19 August for inclusion in the eConference.
