Join "Give Us A Sign" for peace campaign

give us a sign logoThe Catholic, Anglican and Uniting Churches in the Hunter and Central Coast have joined together to promote the Give Us A Sign campaign for a second year. Give Us A Sign aims to highlight social justice issues, with last year’s campaign focusing on compassion for asylum seekers and this year’s seeking to promote peace.

The campaign is encouraging churches, schools and organisations across Australia to display messages of peace on their public noticeboards throughout the month of May. Participants will be asked to take a photo of their sign and email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. so the signs can be shared on the campaign Facebook and Instagram pages. Suggested messages are available on the campaign website https://giveusasign.org/ Individuals are also encouraged to create their own messages of peace and email them in for sharing online – creativity is welcomed!
