BBI logiThe Broken Bay Institute (BBI) is offering one-day seminars,"Wake Up the World" in Sydney (11 August) and Brisbane (18 August). This is a day of discernment and discussion dedicated to religious men and women in this Year of Consecrated Life to be led by renowned lecturer and speaker Fr Francis Morrisey omi, Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Canon Law of Saint Paul University in Ottawa, Canada.

Participants will examine Pope Francis' invitation to "step more courageously from the confines of our respective institutes and to work together." What does this mean in practice? How can consecrated women and men examine their presence in Church life and so best respond to the "new demands contstantly being made on us, to the cry of the poor"? Speakers include Sr Maria Casey rsj, Br Gerard Rummery fsc and Sr Maryanne Confroy rsc.
